Me and My Muse
A few years ago, I thought to myself. I need to start a blog. I had previously co-blogged with my husband but thought that this was the season for me to develop my own voice. I needed a place to process our new adventure into homeschooling. Little did I know that this blog would be a place where I would process my whole life. Everything from homeschooling, to my discipleship to Jesus, our little faith community here, parenting, art and anything in between. Most days you will find little glimpses into my real life in Sunny South Florida.
So a few things you might want to know. We do homeschool, hense the name Homeschool Diva but that is not all we do. I just kind of picked the name on a whim when I was trying to see if I could figure out wordpress, and now all this time later it stuck. We have three amazing children, all about 17 months apart. They say we have Irish triplets. I say I about lost my mind until about 2 years ago. Now I am having the time of my life.
I have been married to my best friend who is not only hot but smart too, for 14 years. I got brains and looks when I married him. We met and got married while still in college at the University of Florida. I have learned to love running and am currently training for a marathon and a sprint triathlon. I love music, playing the guitar and drum, singing, art and photography. Life is learning, and I am learning right along with my kids and enjoying every step of the way!
Thanks for stopping by. Leave a comment and join the fun. It is a regular hoot around here most days.

I’m interested in your light box. Would you tell me how you created it and how you use it. I’m familiar w/ the concept, but what do you use for your light, what kind of paper do you have lining the box, etc.? Thanks!

Hello,
We are looking to move to Jupiter, Florida from S.C. Could you tell us more about neighborhoods, recreation, and how homeschool friendly is Florida as a state and Jupiter as a community. Anything that you could fill us in on for homeschooling would be awesome (i.e. homeschool p.e. and co-ops)!
Thank-you,
Amy
