Sorry it was so cryptic. The links are barely highlighted within the post, but you can go to Amanda’s post on the exercise and then to the link on The Artists Way and read more about the book on Amazon.

It is an artistic journal that I have been working through and Amanda and I found out through our blogs that we were doing it at the same. She is a fellow creative and loves Jesus too.

It is a 12 week, artistic recovery journal that walks you through many artistic/exploratory exercises.

Check those out and then shoot with all your questions. I highly recommend the book.
