If you use feedburner and have the feedburner bottom tag on your post, it offers a quick “post to facebook” link. You can also go to your facebook profile, go to the “posted items” application (look at your lefthand sidebar under the search) and post your link to your post. Or…you can set facebook to import your blog posts into “notes” by going to the notes application, import external blog, and entering your RSS feed URL. Hope this helps!
