A Little R & R

Our family is enjoying a little time off in Gainesville with family. Camp fires, smores, fishing on the lake, sleeping in, and Florida football. Good times.
I also have time to work on my “door” art piece. I took several pictures of interesting doors while in Peru 5 months ago. I finally have time to start playing with them. I will get them printed in December and hang them in our home. Here is one of my favorites.

I was in Gainesville for a heartbeat yesterday. I shoulda waved to ya.
And what a beautiful photo of a door. I have a thang for doors as well. I was planning on painting one years ago, but I had children instead.

You crack me up…There is still time to paint that door you know:-) Maybe a prayer instillation on “seek and you will find, knock and the door will be opened unto you” theme.
I am very blessed to have my father-in-law painting me one of the doors too. I love original art.
