Homeschool Nature Study
September 22nd, 2007
Yesterday the children and I went to a local wildlife center to enjoy God’s creation together. I took an entire photo journal of our time so check out our nature blog.

I’ve always wondered exactly which animals are NOT God’s creation. Dogs aren’t. Many people might be sad to think that. God probably created wolves and dogs came from wolves somehow, and many dogs are clearly made by man, sort of, breeding and more breeding hundreds of years ago to create certain breeds we know and love today. Same goes with so many animals in the animal kingdom. Not all of them were on the Ark, many came later. Funny world. Beautiful world that God made for us but full of so many wonders. Does God direct earthquakes or are they just a natural result of the planet He made? So many things I wanna sit down and chat with Him about someday!
Have a nice weekend

We did the “Florida nature thing” this week as well. I posted pictures yesterday. I want to go to this wildlife center. I live north of Tampa in Wesley Chapel. We just moved here from Jacksonville, FL though. I like Jacksonville better.

I believe that all creatures are from God no matter what they have been breed into. God allows the breeds to develop- I am sure there are many that have not- and allows species to disappear from our earth. Not all of those we see today were specifically on the ark, but like kind leads to like kind.
Anyway… you have been tagged.
