I will check them out - thanks Flo - I looked into Shaklee but the budget doesn't allow it yet. Although I hear amazing things about it. The book recommends a simple 2 part solution of vinegar and hydrogen peroxide for both your counters and your food. Easy and cheap. You don't even wipe it off - it just evaporates. I am thinking about all of it. Laundry/dishwasher etc. I am being very moderate and taking things one step at a time so as to really keep the habit consistent:-) Peace to all!
